Campus Crime Alert: May 9, 2014 Print E-mail

At approximately 7:01 p.m. on Friday, May 9, the BRCC Police Department was notified via an Emergency Red Phone of an incident of simple battery involving a BRCC student in the Cypress Building, room 219 on the Mid City Campus, 201 Community College Drive.


A  suspect was arrested at 7:03 p.m., and accused of inappropriately touching a female student.  The suspect was issued a misdemeanor summons for simple battery, and was released and ordered not to return to campus.  The BRCC Police Department will continue to investigate the incident.
