Demand is rising for trained resilience professionals who are critical to the success
of Louisiana’s flood recovery and mitigation efforts.
PRO Louisiana is a workforce development program of the Louisiana Watershed Initiative
that funds training courses for professional resilience occupations. The goal is to
develop a skilled workforce that will support flood risk reduction efforts for a more
resilient Louisiana.
