On behalf of our students and their families, we would like to WELCOME you to the Baton Rouge Community College Upward Bound Program. This site is your online connection to this highly successful academic program designed to assist students who have yet to demonstrate their full academic potential.
Upward Bound is an academic support program funded by the U. S. Department of Education's TRIO Programs division. Upward Bound provides the necessary support for economically disadvantaged and/or first-generation high school students to complete high school, enroll in college, and successfully obtain a four-year college degree.
