Registration process for co-requisite courses including English 0093/1013, SPSM 0103/MATH 1003, SPSM 0103/MATH 1103, and SPSM 0213/1213:

  1. Find an open section of English 0093, Special Topics-Sci/Math (SPSM) 0103 or SPSM 0213. Add the course to your summary using the “add” button. Do NOT click submit.

  2. The title of the ENGL 0093, SPSM 0103, or SPSM 0213 course gives you the 5-digit CRN of your co- requisite course.

  3. Select “Search” again. Select the “Enter CRNs” tab at the top of the screen, next to the “Search” tab. Enter the 5-digit CRN for the co-requisite from the course title.

  4. Add the co-requisite course to your summary. Click submit to add both courses to your schedule.

If you click “submit” without having both classes, you will receive an error message that tells you which co- requisite course to add to your schedule by CRN. The 5-digit CRN will be listed in the error message. If you have questions, email Dr. Whitton at whittonn@mybrcc.edu.

If you do not have current scores on one of the tests listed, contact your advisor for more information on the self-directed placement surveys in math and English.
