Program for Successful Employment (PSE)
The Program for Successful Employment (PSE) is a two-year vocational training program for adults with autism and/or other cognitive differences. The program is designed to blend academic education with job skills training, supplemented by internships within the BRCC network and externship opportunities within local businesses.
Upon admission to PSE, all students enter a probationary period, during which they are evaluated both as students and potential employees. Their performance in both classroom and intern/externship settings serves as an extended interview process. Upon completion of PSE requirements, graduates will receive a PSE Certificate of Completion.
Classes are offered during the fall and spring semesters. Apply anytime for the upcoming semester. Space is limited, so apply early!
