The Baton Rouge Community College App brings campus to your fingertips and enables you to connect with the BRCC community: Stay on top of your events, classes, and assignments with the built in calendar function, and get notified of important dates, deadlines and security announcements. The Digital Learning and Academic Support Center or The DLASC is the place to go for study areas and rooms, free tutoring, peer learning assistance, ESL support, workshops, and A&P materials. The Magnolia Library is also a great fully-stocked place to go for studying and resources.

BRCC's Office of Counseling and Accessibility Services offers counseling for individuals, groups, couples, and families, as well as Alcoholics Anonymous. Accessibility Services provides intake, assessment of needs on campus, and the facilitation of academic and other accommodations for students with disabilities.

To encourage civic engagement and assist in cultivating your leadership skills, BRCC's Office of Student Life is where you can find the Student Government Association (SGA), leadership development, and volunteer opportunities. The office also provides complimentary Scantrons and Bluebooks, as well as free semester transportation passes via the Capital Area Transit System (CATS).

The Magnolia Library provides a full range of resources and services to meet students’ information and research needs.  The library offers expert research assistance from librarians, study rooms, and copies of some textbooks for students to use in the library.  In addition to a large circulating collection of books, DVDs, and audio materials, students can access the full text of thousands of scholarly journal articles and electronic books 24/7 through the library’s online databases page.

BRCC also has a Career Center where you can go for career interest assessments and help with choosing a major, individual and group career planning and coaching, job searching tools, résumé and interview assistance.

The Baton Rouge Community College Police Department is committed to providing and maintaining a safe environment to employees, students, and visitors at the college. BRCC's Police Department is charged with the responsibility for on-campus security, law enforcement, emergency preparedness, traffic, and parking.
