CQI Goals
The administration, faculty, and staff
at Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC)
are committed to achieving an environment
of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
To lead in this task, BRCC has a CQI Quality
Team that facilitates college-wide efforts.
The charge of the CQI team is:
- To facilitate the process of continuous
quality improvement, in which a comprehensive
and customer-oriented quality assurance
plan/program can be developed, by and
among College planning units.
- To coordinate the development of an
Administration-wide plan to guide and
support continuous quality improvement
among College planning units.
- To maximize utilization of both human
and material resources within the College
in the development, implementation,
and improvement of the education services.
- To assure the great benefit form education
services rendered to those in the college
service area by emphasizing the long-term
value of education to both the well-being
and advancement of the individual as
well as the community as a whole.
