Bank of America Corporate Travel Card

The completed Bank of America Corporate Travel Card Application must be submitted to the Office of Accounting and Finance.

Notification of approval/denial will be provided within 2 weeks of your application to the billing address indicated on the applications.

In the event that you’re denied, a copy of said letter must be on file in the Office of Accounting and Finance.

The Bank of America Corporate Card is provided as a convenience to BRCC travelers. Card holders can conveniently use the card for business travel including making reservations and payments for lodging, meals, car rental and miscellaneous expenses.   When traveling, it is also safer to carry the card than cash. The use of the card also reduces the administrative burden on BRCC departments.

The use of the corporate travel card is limited to business travel related expenses. The BOA Corporate Travel Card must be used to purchase contract airfares.  Employees may not use the corporate travel card on non-business related expenses.  Personal use on the state travel card may result in disciplinary actions.

The corporate travel card is a personal liability credit card. The employees are solely liable for charges to their account in accordance with the agreement between Bank of America and the employee. The full amount on the Bank of America monthly statement is due upon receipt. Late charges may be assessed by Bank of America in accordance with the card agreement. Bank of America may also terminate a delinquent account.  Advances will not be made to any Bank of America cardholder whose privileges have been revoked, excluding registration

The Bank of America Corporate Card is valid only while the employee is on active status. When an employee's job is terminated, the card will be cancelled.
