Coffee Klatch 7:00-8:00 AM(for early arrivers who avoid heavy traffic)
Brown Bag Noon-1:00 PM(for employees with tight work schedule)

Easy Evening 3:00-4:00 PM(for individuals avoiding evening traffic)

3. I benefit most from having the presenters issue to the participants:
Quick reference guide sheets for use of the technology and trouble shooting
Full text handouts to furnished detailed steps for operation of equipment
