The SBTC is available to meet the training needs of those in
our eight (8) parish service area by providing an opportunity
for you to engage in a variety of contractual and occupational
sessions designed to meet the specific training needs that have
been identified by you, the client. This is accomplished
through a focused approach using BRCC, and adjunct instructors
who have been trained to focus their delivery styles on each individual
participant; ensuring that the needs of each participant are met.
Using this targeted training approach is a critical element in
accomplishing the goals of meeting the objectives of those that
we serve.
Professional Development Academy(PDA)
Overview
The Professional Development Academy (PDA) is a Certificate
Based system designed to focus on meeting the specific needs of
our corporate, governmental, educational and community-based organizations
through the delivery of customized modules capitalizing on the
real-world training needs of the entities we serve. Other
curricula can be designed to more specifically meet the industry
based needs of your targeted audience. The PDA is designed
to help meet those needs in a systematic way.
