Mission The mission of the Office of Public Relations is to articulate, manage, and successfully promote the variety of programs and services BRCC offers to the community and to business and industry through the effective delivery of college publications and the promotion of good community relations. Emphasis will be placed on the accessibility and affordability of attending an open admissions, two-year post secondary institution.
