The mission of the Professional Development Program at Baton Rouge Community College is to offer a comprehensive and coordinated process of improvement for faculty and staff. Through planned activities, all faculty, staff, and administrators will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills to better serve students and the community. The college is committed to providing learning opportunities for employees to promote personal and professional development, which will lead to a higher level of performance and help individuals initiate, manage, and respond to institutional change.
