Enrolled BRCC students placed in English 0091 and/or developmental mathematics 0099 are invited to attend the Summer Bridge Program (July 10-27) – a three-week workshop designed to provide the training needed for students to qualify for College Algebra (1113) and/or English Composition I (1013).
Each three-week section will not only provide instruction about the subject matter but will also introduce student success strategies including note-taking, handling test anxiety, learning to think critically, and more.
All sessions will be held Monday through Thursday with both morning – 9 a.m. to noon – and afternoon 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. – offerings. Students may enroll in either or both courses.
This is a great opportunity offered at no cost to current BRCC students. All of the learning material will be provided. At the end of the session, students will be given assessments that will indicate readiness for college-level English and/or mathematics.
Interested eligible students may register now at https://brccteachinglearningcenter.wufoo.com/forms/brcc-summer-bridge-program/
