BRCC SGA community summer bash postponed due to impending inclement weather
Due to impending inclement weather, BRCC's Student Government Association has postponed its community summer bash, originally scheduled to be held on June 22 at the Bienvenue Student Center Intramural Field on its Mid City campus. The event will be set for a July date, TBD.
BATON ROUGE –Baton Rouge Community College Student Government Association will host a family friendly community summer bash on June 22 at the Bienvenue Student Center Intramural Field on its Mid City campus from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Enrollment services and admissions will be available at the event to provide information about BRCC to those interested.
Sponsored by BRCC’s Student Government Association and Office of Office of Student Life, the event seeks to engage in both programming to the campus and service to the community. SGA executive leaders, along with BRCC clubs and organizations will serve as volunteer coordinators for the day’s activities, which include a trackless train ride, dance off and water games. Food and cold beverages and treats will also be provided.
