Marlins sign former Bear, Mark Everett Traylor 

Former Baton Rouge Community College baseball player, Mark Everett Traylor, has signed a free agent contract with the Miami Marlins.

Traylor, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound first baseman, will be assigned to the Single A Greensboro Grasshoppers.

He played at Baton Rouge Community College for two seasons, and at LSUA last season, where he batted .355, and was a second-team all-conference selection.
