The Digital Learning and Academic Support Center (DLASC) can help students organize study groups to enhance student learning. Study Groups enhance student learning and increase peer-to-peer interaction. An online tool has been designed to assist students with the creation of study groups.

Students who would like to participate in a Study Group will be asked to select the subject area and the specific course along with the time that you are available to meet.

Once a small group for a specific subject area has been formed, (example: Biology 1103 on Monday 10-12), all interested students will be notified via email. Once notified students should connect with their group and set up a regular schedule and location. Students should also monitor their email closely. For assistance getting started, contact the DLASC at (225) 216-8300 or stop by.

Please note that information shared, other than ID numbers, will be shared with other students in order to facilitate the process of forming a study group. For this reason, students are strongly encouraged to provide their BRCC email address.
