Funded by the Carl D. Perkins Grant, CaTER aims to promote success in Career and Technical Education (CTE) for students by providing support for professional growth of teachers and faculty, equitable access for special populations, industry standards and credentials, skill acquisitions, and secondary to post secondary connections.

Students in the following high skill, high wage, or high demand programs of study are eligible for CaTER:
