Food Science Concentration The Food Science Concentration prepares students for transfer to Food Science and Technology programs offered by four-year institutions. The concentration provides students with the foundation for further study in food science and technology and prepares them for careers in food industries and businesses, food processing and technology, food chemistry and analysis, food safety, and food business/marketing.
