Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certificate of Applied Science

The Certificate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is a thirty-three credit hour program designed to provide educational opportunities for individuals to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, values, and competencies for a career in diagnostic ultrasound.  The curriculum is based on requirements of the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.  Graduates will receive a Certificate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and will be eligible to sit for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification examination in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Abdomen and Ultrasound Physics.
