The mission of the
Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) Foundation is to raise private,
voluntary contributions to advance and support the programs and
facilities of BRCC.
The Foundation co-sponsors,
activities of interest to the community; solicits corporate and
community dollars for events; and sponsors tributes to community
leaders by publicly recognizing their significant achievements
and establishing scholarships, professorships and chairs in their
names.
Established in 1998,
the BRCC Foundation is a non-profit corporation which exists solely
to conduct activities for the benefit of the college and the LCTCS
office. The Foundation provides funds for scholarships, cultural
and curriculum development, facilities enhancement, and faculty
support.
