BRCC Foundation
Chartered in 1998, the Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt foundation comprised of business professional and civic leaders concerned with the advancement of Baton Rouge Community College.  The purpose of the Foundation is to foster private financial support for BRCC.

The Foundation encourages contributions to the College, manages investments, and serves as steward for funds and other assets contributed.  The Foundation is governed by its own board of trustees and is funded entirely with private resources.

The Foundation assists BRCC’s academic units in attracting contributions for scholarships, professorships, endowed chairs, library resources, computer and laboratory equipment, research studies, construction and renovation of facilities and many other purposes that cannot be financed entirely with state funds.

BRCC Foundation Membership
Foundation members provide leadership, stewardship and operational funding for the development of strong private financial support for LSU.  Members are recognized for their leadership in the development program for BRCC, are invited to the annual Foundation banquet and membership meeting, and are invited to other special BRCC events and programs.

Members make annual contributions to the BRCC Foundation for the benefit of the College. (See membership levels below.)  Married couples qualify for Joint Membership.

Associate Membership is open to individuals under the age of 40, widows and widowers of members, and BRCC faculty, staff and students. Membership contributions may be made from the individual’s personal resources or from a company on behalf of the person.
