A safe, convenient & electronic way
to get your Pell Grant, Supplementary Educational
Opportunity Grant (SEOG), and College Work-Study
funds. You can sign up for direct deposit
and decrease the wait time on your financial
aid refunds by weeks. You won’t have
to stand in line to pick up or cash your
check.

With the electronic refund option your
financial aid reimbursement will be automatically
deposited onto your chosen account within
14 days of the College receiving the funds.

choose an electronic refund option?
- Immediate access to your money
- Any Federal Pell Grant or Federal
Supplemental Educational Opportunity
Grant (FSEOG) will be automatically
deposited to the direct card and/or
your personal checking account within
14 days of the college receiving the
funds
- College Work-Study recipient will
receive their funds according to the
BRCC published scheduled pay period
- Direct deposit of funds will be quicker
than receiving a check
- Lost/stolen protection is more secure
than cash
- No checking account required, however
the funds can go to your EXISTING checking
account or open a new one and have your
funds directly deposited to it. The
Enrollment form “Direct Deposit
Form” must be completed with a
voided check attached.
