How to be Admitted
All Enrollment Offices are located in the Student
Center (Bienvenue)
You will need to bring the following admission documents:
A. High School Diploma, GED diploma or demonstrate an ability to
benefit by taking a BRCC placement test
B. Proof of immunization
C. Proof of draft registration and selective service status
D. You may be Provisionally Admitted for 30 calendar days from the
first day of class without the documents.
Admission Procedures
- Complete an application at the Bienvenue Student Center or download
and return to the Bienvenue Student Center.
- Pay a $7.00 application fee (Bursar’s
Office)
- Turn in application form (Enrollment
Services Office)
- Check on payment options such as financial aid, deferred pay and
scholarships (Financial Aid Office)
- Schedule and attend an Orientation session in person (Advisement
Center) or view it (BRCC Website)
- Take the COMPASS Placement Test (Testing
Center) or provide transcripts showing completed courses
- Seek academic advisement and obtain PIN number for enrollment (Advisement
Center)
- Schedule classes by computer on the BRCC Website (Student Center
(Bienvenue) )
- Print schedule (Student Center (Bienvenue) )
- Pay tuition and fees (Bursar’s
Office)
- Obtain student ID card (Student ID Office)
- Register your car and obtain parking decal (Public
Safety Office)
- Remember, you are not enrolled until tuition and fees have been
paid
- Print schedule the week before classes begin to be aware of changes
that have occurred
