Appeals and Exceptions

Request for Appeal forms are located in the Office of Enrollments Services.  When submitting an appeal include: the Request for Appeal form, a detailed letter, and supporting documentation. Completed appeals should be submitted in a sealed envelope in the red drop box located near the Security Desk in the Student Center only.

The appeals and exceptions form is now a multi-page document and cannot be placed on the WEB.  It has to be picked up from Enrollment Services.
