Important Dates and Times to Remember
It is important that you assess your needs and plan early.  It is the requestor’s responsibility to submit payment requests in a timely manner, at the minimum of seven business days before payment is required.  

Vendor checks are printed once per week, Thursdays, and released on Fridays.  All requests must be submitted to Accounts Payable, by noon, on Wednesdays to be reviewed for payment for the next check run, if all of the required documentation is at hand and everything is in order. 

In an emergency situation, a request may be processed on a “rush” basis, only upon the approval of the Chancellor, VC of Admin and Finance and/or the Director of Accounting and Finance.
