Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is seeking applications for the 12-month position of Culinary Instructor.  This position is located at the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women.
 

The Culinary Instructor is responsible for the delivery of quality instruction to students enrolled in the Culinary Technical Diploma program. The incumbent will have knowledge of teaching methods, assessment techniques, outcomes, reporting and documentation as required to maintain appropriate accreditation and to prepare students to enter the workforce highly qualified to perform according to industry needs and standards.

REPORTS TO:
This position reports directly to the Dean of Technical Education.
