The Department of Mathematics within the Division of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics at  Baton Rouge Community College is seeking applications for a 9-month position at the rank of Instructor.

Baton Rouge Community College's Department of Mathematics is committed to students' excellence and achievement in mathematics regardless of race, gender, background, or capability. Using quality instruction and advanced technology, members of the Department of Mathematics serve as expert facilitators, guiding students on a journey of mathematical discovery in courses ranging from Developmental Mathematics through Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. In concert with the mission of the division and college, the Department of Mathematics supports all students who are transferring, in degree seeking, and/or in career seeking programs by providing courses that meet the state of Louisiana's general education mathematics requirements.

This position reports directly to the Mathematics Department Chair.
